At House of Banni, every creation is a work of art — hand-embroidered, carefully stitched, and finished with precision. Our shipping timelines reflect the time and craftsmanship invested in each garment.


1. Order Processing Time

Each order is made-to-order and handcrafted after confirmation.

  • Standard processing and production time: 10–14 business days (approximately 2 weeks) from the date of order placement.

  • For custom designs or heavy embroidery pieces, processing may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another notification when it has been shipped.

2. Shipping Timelines

After production, domestic shipping typically takes:

  • 3–5 business days for metro cities

  • 5–7 business days for other regions in India

For international orders, delivery timelines vary based on destination and customs clearance, usually between 10–15 business days after dispatch.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic shipping (within India): Free for orders above ₹10,000.

  • International shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

  • Any customs duties or taxes applicable in the destination country will be borne by the customer.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real time.

We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery) with details and photos if applicable.
We will work closely with our logistics partners to resolve the issue promptly.
