Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Since our garments are handcrafted and often made-to-order, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of order placement, provided production has not yet begun.

Once we receive your cancellation request within the specified timeframe, we will initiate a full refund (see Refund section below).

If production has commenced — for example, fabric cutting, stitching or hand-embroidery has started — we cannot accept cancellation.

To request a cancellation, please email support@houseofbanni.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
2. Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date we approve the cancellation.

Refunds will be credited via the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note: banking or payment gateway processing times may vary, and the credited amount may reflect after 1–2 business days depending on the bank.
3. Returns & Exchanges (for Defects or Size Issues)

We operate a no-returns unless defect or correct size issue policy, owing to the bespoke nature of our hand-embroidered garments.

If you receive a product that is manufacturing-defective (e.g., missing embroidery, major stitching flaw) or wrong size, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@houseofbanni.com with:

Clear photos of the defect or size issue

Description of the problem

After our verification, we will offer either a replacement, repair, or refund (at our discretion). The item must be returned in unused condition, with original tags and packaging.

Custom colour changes, personalised measurements, or simple change-of-mind are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error or manufacturing defect, we will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is approved for reasons beyond our error (e.g., size slightly off but within allowed tolerance), the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
5. Items Excluded from Refund/Return

Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Made-to-Measure/Customised” are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

Normal wear and tear, colour variation due to photography/lighting, or differences in texture due to craft-made nature will not qualify for return/refund.
6. How to Initiate a Return/Refund

Email support@houseofbanni.com within the specified timeframe with your request.

Provide the required order details and supporting photographs.

Await our confirmation email.

Pack the item securely in the original packaging and send it to the address we provide.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval/rejection of the refund.

If approved, refund will be processed as noted in section 2 above.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Revised versions will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Please check this page periodically for updates.
